It is also best to store the hard drive in a cupboard so there is no danger of it getting wet when the floor is cleaned.

If you are thinking of making your own built-in desk for your kitchen office go for a height of 70 - 75cm's. If possible use the same materials as the kitchen worktop to blend the desk into the scheme.
